Challenge 35 - Color Combo :: Sketch Challenge

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge! We had 89 amazing entries on our last challenge - thanks so much for playing along!! We absolutely love looking at each and every persons' creations; we really are so inspired with what we see with each challenge! For those of you new to blogging, I wanted to share a few tips with you this morning for getting the most feedback from your entries, and getting the most out of your crafty blog:

• Turning off word verification for comments: Some Bloggers get ZERO spam even with their word verification turned off. Others get a lot. It really is a personal preference, but it is much more convenient for people who are blog hopping to go ahead and leave a comment (especially when they're commenting on lots of blogs in succession) without this verification. Below you'll find out how to adjust these settings and if you turn them off, you can watch your comments and see if it's right for you. PKS is not endorsing this method, but offering it as info only.
  

• Linking your entry: When you link up your entry, it is always helpful for new followers to click on a link to your specific post on each challenge. From there, they can easily click on your home page or your blog name and find your latest posts. If you do link to your blog address only (i.e. myname.blogspot.com) title your entry as to what challenge you are entering it in. That way followers know exactly which post to look for first!
  

• Linking only one entry: If you make a mistake, no problem! Just email me: angelica (at) peachykeenstamps (dot) com. I can edit the widget and include the correct link.

• Photos: Take your photos in natural light (outside) whenever possible. This will give any camera a huge advantage since it is using another light source other than its flash (which can be too strong in some conditions). Turn your flash off, and hold your camera very still - prop on a table, crate, or tripod if available. This will ensure your photo isn't blurry. The clearer people can see your creations, the more likely they are to keep coming back! If your camera has a "Macro" setting, this will give you a super crisp image when taking a photo of your creation up close.
